- When? Tuesdays 7pm and/or Saturdays 9am (Lasting 8 Weeks)

- How much? €90 for 8 classes or €170 for 16 classes**

Its easy to get tired or disillusioned when you training solo , but joining the camps and meeting other like minded runners give you a boost along with the interval training which gives you a good push. Its tough but you really feel the benefits after a few sessions its really worth sticking with it.”
