Vinny is delighted to be hosting 2 exciting new running camps in the Phoenix Park, Dublin. He has passed on his knowledge and experience at these camps for the last 10 years and has guided people on their way to new Personal Bests, as well as having a bit of fun in the process.
Beginners Running Camp
This Running Camp is designed for those who are new to the sport of running. The people who usually do this running camp have little or no experience of running or they are starting out at a low fitness level. It is Vinny’s job to gradually build up your fitness over 8 weeks so that you are confident to go out running a few times a week, without being intimidated. We will have fun along the way and you will see huge rewards over the 8 weeks. Every January, there are a large number of people in this camp and everyone is in the same boat – come along, make some new running friends and get fit and confident!

Intermediate Running Camp
This Running Camp is for those who have a little bit more experience of running and want to push on to another level. This camp will push you hard and really get the best out of you. The major thing with this camp is that there are other like-minded people who want to work hard and push eachother to a new level of fitness. Vinny introduces running drills, hill training, fartlek training, heart rate training, intervals and other running specific advice to this group. This camp is ideal for those people aiming for a 10k, Half Marathon or Marathon in the Spring months. This camp runs from January to October.
